The butcher, the baker, the candlestick maker
went for a jog one winter morn
in the silver woods by the banks,
the banks of the river by the bank.
and the butcher, the baker, and the candlestick maker
skipped into the forest
with nary a picnic basket
but some feather boas:
and the butcher, the baker, and the candlestick maker
built a blaze and danced a tune
of crickets and lizards and grasshoppers too;
and even bears from around the cave
danced with baker
and shared a joint with the butcher
and on the sweet soft grass
made love to the candlestick maker.
